The Best Loyalty Apps for the Consumer

By Brian Wallace

Today digital marketing and platforms are important sources of revenue for any business. Apps, websites, and other online platforms are all vital options to consider in getting the best deal. Although unfortunately, in the realm of food, and especially food delivery, prices are rising. Using apps like DoorDash or UberEats are simply not frugal options.

Fortunately, apps for individual businesses can offer perks which make their use more worthwhile. The top rated food app, Chick-fil-a, for example, offers an extensive points system. While DoorDash can be okay for the occasional purchase, a point system encourages and rewards consistent purchases. Anyone who particularly loves Chick-fil-a will massively benefit from using the app.

On the other hand, apps like Domino’s, the top rated food app on Google Play, offer exclusive coupons. These make it the most cost effective option to use the app, regardless of the frequency of use. Finally another small benefit are exclusive features, like ordering ahead using the Starbucks app. This makes complicated orders less of a hassle to order and results in them being correctly made more often.

All of these features are somewhat simple in scope, but they make a big difference to the consumer. Chick-fil-a has a 4.93, Domino’s a 4.75, Starbucks a 4.86. They’re all in the top three apps of either the App Store or Google Play. Nowadays people just want a good deal and efficiency from their apps. After all, the alternative is simply going to the store and ordering in person.
